Winch-used with .25" cable, about 30 feet.  Has some rust on gear and other areas.  Smooth running.  Nothing trashed or worn out.
Has a loop end that is ready for your hook to be installed.
This is the fixed crank style.  You can order the hex piece from DL company and convert it for use with a cordless tool also.
