Shows typical light wear from use and storage, including minor surface marks and scratches.  It has been gently hand polished and ultrasonic cleaned in a mild dish soap, and it has nice shine and is very clean.  It is straight, not bent, has no personal monograms or engravings, with no major issues at all.
Top features the familiar Merck cross shaped company logo, reads MSD for
Merck Sharp & Dohme, and has 10 beneath that for 10 years of service, all done in both yellow and white gold.
Reverse is hallmarked 10K CTO TRADEMARK, the hallmark for historic and listed USA jewelry maker, O.C. Tanner, well known for their corporate and fraternal jewelry.
