This is for 1 new Old Stock Tulsa Winch Positive Clutch assembly ,Part number 23599 other number 3010-01-258-9300.. .Fits shipboard material handling equipment..( MHE)   has light rust on one side,  ships to the lower 48 states other locations maybe higher, thanks Jeff  P/s  here is some measurements   11 7/8 outside , 6 3/4 inside   looks like 3/4 bolts ,  Plate thickness 5/8 on thin spot of outside , 3/4 on thin spot of inside , 1 13/16 on thick spot .  bolt holes are 2 9/16 apart on each high spot   high lugs are 6 inch measuring str across , and slots are 5 15/16 measuring str across    There is a casting number 20137 stamped in the steel with 5NK also
