Streetcar Slide (Dupe): NORTA Carrollton Station, New Orleans - 1995

Description

A duplicate 35 mm color slide, in cardboard mount, of New Orleans Regional Transit Authority Carrollton Station car house, l. to r.: Perley Thomas #914; Work Car #29; and ex-SEPTA PCC #2166. Taken in October 1995. The ex-SEPTA PCC was among a small group of surplus PCC's bought by NORTA for the purpose of using parts to build new cars for the Riverfront Line. The PCC cars then were scrapped.
