This mouthpiece is in great condition with a few insertion marks on the shank where it was tried out by myself.  It has a Gold Top, Cup, and inner Backbore.  The shank is Silver.  It was ordered brand new with a no return policy.  I tried it a few times but unfortunately diameter is just a little too wide for me.  However, many people and professionals have had a lot of success with this model mouthpiece.
